Hi Nocturne and Lasombra! Yep, I'm one of the old timers ALL the way from the infamous Nightcrawler thread on ye ol' Wizard board.
I'm so upset I was away for so long - not only from the board but from comics in general. My job has been kind of chaotic these past few months, but I won't bore you all with the details! At any rate, I'm glad to have escaped from the real world! (But I did get to see Lord of the Rings four times; you know how I love elves!
)
Slarti, I'm so glad that Kit is back in Chris's hands. At least we know how much he loves her, and she'll get character development and not be merely wallpaper. Hopefully, in time, she'll reunite with Kurt and Logan. Oh, and another Shady pin is being auctioned on e-bay if you're interested. Wouldn't it be funny if we both got one? We are twins after all!
And Fasheem, BAMF!, KC and Rex - big hugs to you all!
*Shady becomes all giggly at "seeing" her old -and new- friends!*

Actually, it's because she's a defender of The Kitchen, fighting against the Evil Forces of Spatula Gal! (Who drew a buncha really fantastic drawings of the Kitchen heroes...like Shadywhisk, Cutlerine, Roast Beast, and Cuisinart Kurt!)

BAMF!, everytime I see it, I pick up on something new. And I think we DO have the same fav character! I think most people really dig him. (My brother read the books when he was very young and always thought he the was the coolest.) I'm going to relocate to Rivendale or Mirkwood and live among the elves.
I've been wondering where my fellow Kitcheners are. It's so lonely with no one to whisk.

I saw the movie, but the major bright spot was my favorite, Legolas! As for the books, don't feel alone. I liked the Hobbit, but I could not stand the trilogy. I like it now, but I thought it was dull the first attempt at reading.
Greetings Shadywhisk! Always good to have a new poster to play with.
